Terms of Service

01Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of Syren (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02Eligibility

The Service contains sexually explicit material and is restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to access it. You confirm that viewing such material is lawful in your jurisdiction.

We may require age assurance at any time and may suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

03Creator accounts and identity verification

Every creator must complete identity and age verification with our third party verification provider before publishing or earning. We receive only a verification status and a provider reference; we do not store identity documents.

Creators must hold, for every person appearing in their content, proof of age and identity and a signed, revocable consent to recording and publication.

04Subscriptions, Seats and purchases

Creators may offer a monthly subscription and a limited number of premium Seats. A Seat includes the service level stated on the creator's page, including a guaranteed reply window for private messages. When all Seats are taken you may join a waiting list; a Seat is offered in turn and is not guaranteed.

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never receive or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

05Refunds

Digital content made available immediately is not refundable once accessed, except where required by law or stated below.

If a creator fails to meet the stated Seat reply window, you may request a pro rata credit or refund for the affected period through Support. Duplicate charges and charges for content that could not be delivered are refunded in full. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Support may lead to suspension of the account.

06Content rules

You must not upload, request or share content involving minors, content made or shared without consent, content depicting violence or illegal acts, or content infringing the rights of others. We apply zero tolerance to any content suggesting a minor and report it to the competent authorities.

No spectator access is free or anonymous: every viewer is a verified adult account holder.

07Intellectual property

Creators keep ownership of their content and grant Syren a limited licence to host, display and distribute it to entitled users. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non transferable right to view; downloading, recording or redistributing content is prohibited.

08Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is linked to fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

09Liability

The Service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

10Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will give notice of material changes. The governing law and competent courts will be stated in the final version of this document, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
